I liked everything about this place. It’s the best spot we’ve been to. The staff is the friendliest and incredibly helpful with everything. It also feels very safe to stay here; the rooms are the cleanest and the bathrooms are always spotless, and this is also the best shower we’ve had in two months in South America. Nothing to complain about. If you’re unsure about sleeping here, it’s strongly recommended.

The location and cleanliness are good. I’ve been several times and it needs maintenance; it’s still okay but it’s time to renew, especially the kitchen and paint.

I had a lovely experience at Hostel Carlos Gardel. From the very first moment I felt comfortable and welcomed. The place has a great location, ideal for exploring Buenos Aires and seeing various parts of the city. I highlight the good service, the comfort, and the hostel’s atmosphere. Without a doubt, it’s a very good option for those looking to stay in San Telmo and enjoy the city. Thanks for the stay! I would choose them again. ❤️
