“Interesting room”
I didn’t have breakfast. The lighting in the room was very dim.

Contactless check‑in worked fine, and the historic home was beautifully furnished. The location is great and the balcony offers a nice view. However, the bathroom lacked curtains or blinds on the single window, letting anyone see in. The bathtub was so high that even my long legs couldn't reach it, so my wife couldn't shower. The photos online don’t match the actual room.

The older building sits near Astoria’s center, though not close to the pier. Check‑in was remote with a code, and the room was on an upper floor without an elevator. Still, the room was set up nicely, comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the town and the Columbia River.

It’s a good value. A bit of sprucing up—some fresh paint and a wallpaper redo—would make it even better.

This place is fantastic; I loved the décor and how close it is to downtown.
