the view from location. the facility has issues such as cleaning, power line failure, no caretaker (only cleaner available who has no clues), no availability of cook and food, before we were checked in. Despite all these shortcomings, we were led to checked-in and lured to upgrade to better room and pay the difference of 1800, despite existing known issues. We were constantly told lies about it and this led to distrust of what the facilitator Mr. Sahil was saying there. This lead to anxiety and destroyed our mood of vacation. We had wasted our day, fuel and money for choosing this homestay. Even now, we are told the blatant lies so as to deny us the refund and you want us to pay for the services, not taken at all. We were expecting a professional behavior then and now with morality and integrity. Anyhow it appears that this not the business model of the owners
