Kasauli Pebbles turned out to be a lovely hotel; the staff were friendly and the view was stunning. The location was decent, though not many attractions were within walking distance, so the hotel’s transport to downtown was appreciated. I would have liked breakfast or tea to start earlier than 9:00 am.

The location was convenient, but the bed sheets were dirty, the shower didn’t work, and there was no kettle or towels. I had to call multiple times to get these issues resolved. The facilities were poor, the stairs were narrow, and nobody helped carry luggage down. It was pathetic—bring your own water bottles.

We enjoyed the valley views and the overall design of the room. The bathroom sometimes smelled. Although both rooms we booked were the same category, one was noticeably smaller. Spots and marks on the walls, curtains, and sheets ruined the appearance, and there was seepage and peeling paint.

Our stay at Hotel Kasauli Pebbles was truly wonderful! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—an ideal escape from the city rush. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, providing full comfort. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and always ready to help. The food was outstanding—every dish was fresh, tasty, and made with love. We genuinely felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend Kasauli Pebbles to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience in Kasauli! 💫🌿✨
