The breakfast was great and the hosts were really fantastic, but the snacks weren't great and the evening buffet at lunch was also not good.

The hotel’s size and amenities were good, the staff were friendly, beds comfortable, towels changed daily, cleaning was daily, it’s suitable for kids and a decent walk to town or beach, food always had something for everyone’s taste, and the pool areas were lovely; the only downside was that the carpets in our corridor were quite stained, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves.

The value was great; the staff and instructors were very friendly, the pool water was clean, and the buffet offered variety, but the room wasn’t very clean—the sheets and other linens had stains, and despite daily housekeeping, the sheets weren’t changed.
