I thought it was good to stay in Tokyo for that price, and the room was right out of the C1 exit of Ikebukuro Station. The front desk staff were kind. As others mentioned, the room is a little tight; I didn't mind it much because I could sleep, but I could only open my carry‑case on the bed, which was a bit annoying.
