The staff were polite. Inside the room, no outside noise could be heard, making it very easy to sleep. The bathroom was moldy; we reported it that evening, but no one came to help.

Shisenkai is an extravagant location, recommended. Taking subway M at Dobutsuen‑Mae station gives you access to all of Osaka in minutes.

During my stay, I understood that cleaning would only involve towel changes and trash pickup, but the bed and bathroom were also kept clean, which was very pleasant. Nothing else to note.

Hotel service and location were good. The breakfast menu was decent, but it would be nice to have different options or a traditional Japanese breakfast.

It’s in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. The service does not match that of other hotels; for example, the staff don’t speak English and there’s no luggage storage service.
