The location was good, but we asked for a non‑smoking suite and received one that carried a smoky scent; the bathroom smelled bad after cleaning, and no drinking water was supplied even when we requested it.

We stayed in the Merlot to attend a wedding, the location was excellent, the room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast choices were wide and varied, and I highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Eskishier.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the complimentary parking and spacious room. The nearby restaurant, which served great black fish dishes, was an added bonus. However, I felt that the prices in the hotel bar were a bit steep for what they offered. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the bar prices left a bit to be desired.
