The rooms were usually bigger than typical New York hotels, everyone was super friendly, and it was central to everything, yet many doors were being slammed while housekeepers were cleaning, the beds felt a bit hard, and I wish there were smart TVs; otherwise everything was great.

The hotel’s location is terrific—right in the heart of the best of the Lower East Side with restaurants, clubs, museums, and sightseeing nearby. The rooms were generously sized for New York City and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. It offers good value for money, and I would stay there again.

“Great hotel in the heart of everything.”

The hotel sits in Chinatown on the Lower East Side, the kind of place that instantly makes you think of New York. It’s always buzzing with activity, and the staff are all very friendly. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was great in the evening for sitting and watching the exciting, vibrant city. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom came with an amenity kit that included a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and cotton buds. There’s also an excellent rooftop terrace that offers fantastic nighttime city views. The area is surrounded by restaurants, take‑aways, and mini‑markets, with a subway station nearby and many famous sites within walking distance. Nothing else to note.
