I was assigned a suite that I hadn't chosen, and the first thing I noticed was a moldy smell. Soon after, I discovered a leaking toilet that seemed to stem from a structural issue, which made the room uncomfortable. I told the front‑desk staff, who tried tightening a screw but failed. I agreed that if the problem persisted, I wanted a solution. Instead, they offered me a lower‑standard suite and said, "Dinheiro eu não devolvo," before I even raised the issue. I decided to stay, hoping nothing else would happen. I showered to leave, and a cockroach appeared—fine. By about 00:30, a full infestation of roaches was everywhere: doors, windows, the bed. I messaged the management but got no reply, so I moved all my belongings out and slept in the car. After a sleepless night, a room change was arranged around 8 a.m. The total neglect ruined my entire weekend. The next day, the new room had the same problem—more roaches. It was a disaster; the owner clearly cannot manage the property or staff. The rate wasn't refunded because the owner is dishonest. I expect the place to undergo pest control and basic cleaning and maintenance. I hope never to stay at a place run by such a poor proprietor again. I can't share any videos.
