“くつろげて、とても良かったです”
The room’s furnishings, the location and the staff’s service were all fantastic, though I’ll note the parking was a bit tricky to maneuver, but it’s manageable.

The kitchen was modern, cozy, and very family‑friendly, and it was close to a great old onsen. We missed having breakfast or any food because we were off‑season.

The room was wide and clean! I really liked it. I just wish there had been a large public bath.

Everything was wonderful—facilities, service, comfort. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The location was great for walking to the village centre (5 min walk) and to the gondola for skiing (15 min walk). The staff were available to answer any of our questions and spoke English. We stayed late in the season and decided to eat breakfast in the village so can't comment on that. Beds were comfortable and room a great size for 2 adults and a teen. Having our own mini-kitchen was great and it came with good quality coffee pods and teas, cooking oil and vinegrette. I would definitely stay again!. A clearer map for how to get to the hotel. The streets are a bit of a maze and Google maps wasn't helping when lugging heavy luggage in the rain. We got there in the end!
