The room was in very bad condition, no ventilation, bad odour, no hot water, the bathroom was very poor, the locality is unsafe, and the owner charged more than what was shown.

I would never recommend this place; the rooms are so small that a person can't even sit in the commode. The experience was the worst I've ever had, and I urge Oyo to inspect rooms before recommending them.

I spent a lot of money here and it was a complete waste. The location is terrible, the rooms are dirty, the staff are unhelpful, and the facilities are awful. I'd rather stay at the Madurai bus stand than this filthy spot. Finding it was a challenge because there's no proper address, and everything listed on the booking app turned out to be false. I strongly advise against staying here.
