The stay turned out to be very pleasant thanks to an exceptional team! I especially want to thank Kaoutar, Ibrahim, Walid, and Nour at reception for their warm welcome, availability, friendliness, and professionalism; they listened and did everything needed to make my stay smooth. A big thank you to the whole reception staff for their attentiveness. I also want to highlight Leila from housekeeping, who deserves special mention for her kindness, smile, care, and flawless work—meeting such a dedicated professional was truly delightful. The restaurant was another pleasant surprise: the dishes were delicious and I really appreciated the quality of the cuisine. Thanks to everyone for your hospitality and kindness; it was the staff that made all the difference. I’ll remember this visit fondly and would love to return.
