Leonardo Concierge gave us a warm welcome, and Ilse from entertainment and Ciro with his sailboat were great too. Alonso and Liliana also treated us to a personalized wine tasting. The beach barbecue with a silent disco was fantastic, and Miguel Galán guided us to the theatre and pharmacy; the show was beautiful. The French restaurant Bisou was a disappointment: when we arrived, manager Ana looked upset, it was my birthday, and the food was the only thing I didn’t like—cold dishes and hot wine. They even broke my birthday candle 😭😩. Other than that, everything at the hotel was spectacular.

This is the best property I’ve ever stayed at—food scored 10/10 and the massage was 10/10. There was nothing negative to mention.

The staff were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and kind. On most nights I heard odd, low‑frequency banging noises. There’s an extra fee just to enter the spa and use the sauna. The restaurants are good, but after a while everything starts to taste the same. Overall the vibe feels corporate and a bit generic after some time.

The amenities, room, staff, and food were all excellent, but the beach and excursions didn’t live up to our expectations. We booked two trips—one to Tulum and one to Chichen Itza—and both had poor shuttles that were very uncomfortable, overpriced, and poorly organized. The hotel should run higher‑quality excursions itself. The shuttle food was junk, and the seats were too small for our legs. It was a really bad experience.
