“Exceptional hospitality, late check-in flexibility and a cozy atmosphere!”

The room was spotless and the atmosphere was super cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. The owner was very kind and stayed up until 3 AM for my late check‑in. When I had to extend my stay in Tbilisi by a day at the last minute and the hotel was fully booked, he helped me find another place and even stored my luggage. Truly wonderful service, highly recommended!

“Very disappointing experience — I did not receive the room I booked I booked exactly this room, based on the photos and”

The only thing that mattered was the location. I was terribly disappointed because I didn’t get the room I had booked. I had chosen that exact room based on the photos and description on the website, yet when I arrived I was handed a completely different room. I explained the situation to the administrator, who was very nice and genuinely tried to help. He called the owner, but the owner said the room I had booked was already occupied and couldn’t be changed. I was also told that this was apparently a problem with the website, which keeps showing this room as available even when it isn’t. I asked if they could offer at least a discount since I wasn’t receiving the room I paid for. The owner refused and basically said: this is the price; if you want to stay, stay, otherwise you can leave. On top of that, the room I was given was not properly clean. There was someone else’s hair on the sink, which made the experience even more unpleasant. This was especially upsetting because I came here to celebrate my birthday, and instead of having a nice experience, I spent my arrival dealing with this situation. I am very disappointed with the property, but also with the management. I genuinely thought that when I booked a specific room, I could rely on receiving that room. The administrator deserves credit for trying to help, but the final decision from the owner was extremely disappointing. If the room shown and booked is not actually available, it should not be offered for booking.
