“Unprofessional front desk girls, dirty bed linen & dirty room.”
The room was large, quiet, and the bed was comfortable, but the two girls at the front desk clearly need to improve their people skills, English, and manners—they were very immature and unprofessional. I asked three staff members for a towel and never got one. The room wasn’t clean, the bed linen was old and discoloured, and the bathroom door was loose. I felt ignored when checking in, as the receptionist left me standing while she checked in other guests. It definitely wasn’t worth the money, and I won’t stay here again.
