The building is truly stylish, nothing looks old, everything is in excellent condition, clean, and tidy; a few young staff members were randomly present, very friendly, and the regular staff gave attentive support, which impressed me; if someone finds something negative, I just enjoyed everything.

The staff were very good, the location was fine, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and well-appointed; I would stay here again, but the lighting in the room was weak—adjusted it OK, but it was dim and could be brighter.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, the location is great yet quiet, the breakfast was excellent and everything met my expectations. The room felt a bit sparse for such a nice hotel, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Graz’s old town. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and the bed was comfortable and roomy. What was missing was a complimentary water bottle – that should be standard in self‑called “boutique” hotels. The breakfast selection was truly outstanding and you can have fresh eggs made to order. The service staff were also worth mentioning – warm and friendly. A definite recommendation for anyone visiting Graz.
