The staff were excellent. The room got a bit hot, but I didn’t know how to use the thermostat. The sauna and pools were fantastic, the hotel was good, the breakfast was good, and the bed was very comfortable. I can’t really fault it; everything was fine.

The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the afternoon coffee and treat were a treat. The view of the Matterhorn was awesome!

The views were beautiful, the location convenient, and the breakfast great. There was also an atmospheric restaurant downstairs that was very helpful when we were hungry and didn’t want to go far.
