The service was reasonable, but the coffee service was slow.
Everything – the hotel is excellent, the facilities are fantastic, and the location is practically in the city, unlike the other vineyard hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are very attentive, even suggesting places they frequent at our request, and the recommendations were fantastic. Nothing to complain about!
“Hotel de arquitectura sumamente especial integrado en la bodega en entorno maravilloso”
The hotel’s design and the room’s location were positive.
The air conditioning was a problem.
“Soggiornare nell'arte”
The building itself is a work of art that deserves to be seen; the rooms are truly spacious and well maintained, though most of them are not in the main Gehry building but in a connected structure. Breakfast is excellent, truly high‑level, and the staff—especially the valet and service personnel—are friendly. The spa and pool are lovely, and a complimentary bottle of wine arrives in the room along with an interesting tour of the namesake winery. Considering the overall cost, we might have expected more attention; our room was labeled “fronte vigne” but actually faced a modest plot of a few dozen meters overlooking the spa, which feels underwhelming given the price.
