The hotel sits in a solid spot, close to everything and easy to get to. The staff were top‑notch, especially Denisse Mora who kept checking in daily. Sometimes you can hear the other guests, but overall it was fine.

The beds were comfortable, but we were moved from the apartment we booked to a hostel room. The bathroom was far and not clean, and the bedroom door didn’t seal, so we were cold and noisy all night next to the main road.
