Staff were great ❤️🙏🏻, lobby and some dishes were good. Too many dogs on the beach, breakfast was poor, and the location is far from everything.

A very quiet hotel, isolated from all the bustle with its own beach. Clean and cozy. A 15‑minute taxi ride to the city center is easy and cheap. The food is surprisingly tasty, top class. For all‑inclusive guests there’s a separate small menu with limited choices, but it’s the same high standard as for paying guests. The hotel caters more to paying guests. All‑inclusive guests can still enjoy the two restaurants. Complaining would be unfair. I was very satisfied and couldn’t try all dishes in 8 days.

The pool, the view of the top‑floor restaurant, the breakfast, the room design and the staff’s courteous service were all great, but the room itself was tiny, stuffy and utterly lacking privacy—there was a balcony basin that seemed unusable, and a lower‑floor guest could see the whole room. The bathroom was also very small, and the door that was supposed to separate it was poorly designed, never closing properly, so water splashed everywhere; the walls didn’t sound‑proof, and you could hear outside traffic. Parking was insufficient, and when it rained or people played in the hallway, the corridor and elevator were wet with dripping water that nobody cleaned up, making it slippery and smelling bad despite attempts to freshen it with air fresheners. The pool felt cramped for families and didn’t match the price.

The breakfast was good, the sea view was lovely and the place was peaceful, but the toilet and shower were separate, making it hard to change clothes, the mattress was a bit firm, and the electric lighting system was confusing.

The breakfast buffet was rich, the Italian restaurant was great, and the rooftop pool was very pretty. The staff were extraordinary, especially the German‑speaking service employee who was always there to make our stay pleasant. Everything else was fine.
