The hotel’s location is great, close to several malls and the sightseeing cruises. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms are modern with lots of design. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the shower/bath offers no privacy at all—there’s no glass, and the bathroom is open to the bedroom, while the toilet has a semi‑transparent wall or doors.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even giving us a takeaway meal when we had to leave early on the last day. They spoke English well and assisted with luggage and package reception. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed for construction, and we weren’t informed about it, which was a real disappointment.

This hotel was really nice! We had spacious rooms that were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We walked a lot around Guangzhou, and the hotel’s location made it easy to do so.

The hotel offered great views of the Pearl River, especially at night, and was within walking distance of Beijing Road. The room was nice and spacious, and Kylie at the front desk was very helpful.
