The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly; the floor still had traces of dirt, which is unacceptable for a place that claims to care so much about details, and that’s all I can say.
“Excelente ubicación y servicio.”
The rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, the location was great, we visited with family and slept very well, and the beds were excellent.
“Overall the stay was amazing! There were no negative points to our stay at all.”
The hotel was amazing, even better than the pictures, the staff were kind and helpful with local dining tips, there was no perfume or generic hotel scent, and the beds and bedding were comfortable.
“Excelente”
The service and facilities were top‑class, everything was excellent, so I’d definitely come back.
Customer service was outstanding, but the cleaning could use improvement.
