There is nothing to dislike about this property; the rooms are exceptional, the staff outstanding, the facilities pristine, and my partner and I had the best time ever. If I had to mention something, it would be the thunderstorms, but that was beyond their control and I’m pretty confident if they could control the weather they would have handled it; that is how helpful they are and nothing is too much trouble.

“Great Stay.”

The front desk lady was really polite, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had a good stay; I’ll come back when I visit my family. The only problem was that on the first night, non‑guests used the pool while we were there. I saw them drive up and a Hispanic woman who worked there let them in even though they didn’t have a key; they were loud, drinking from glass bottles, which isn’t allowed, so we had to leave.

“Worst hotel experience of my entire life. Want immediate refund”

The room was ok. The front desk clerk that embarrassed me and belittled me in front of the entire hotel and then called the police because I used the luggage cart out to the parking lot with my familys belongings, when it was just myself and my small son there to take all the items. She turned her back on me and ignored every word i said And also made very loud outlandish accusations against me and made me out to look like a damn fool

“Good value”

There was plenty of free parking and a great breakfast selection. The staff were friendly.
