“Un nido accogliente in centro a Guspini”
The house sits in a maze of alleys in the heart of Guspini, and the main square is a 5‑minute walk away. It’s a very cute, well‑kept, and colourful place. Our room was on the 2nd floor in a loft, while the bathroom and breakfast area were on the ground floor as advertised. The room is spacious, with a desk, TV, fridge, air‑conditioning, mosquito nets, and a small WC area. There’s also a casement window that opens onto a large, lovely covered terrace full of plants, sofas, and a clothesline. The ground‑floor bathroom is roomy, and overall the house is well equipped. Annalisa is a very helpful, attentive, welcoming, and generous host who gave us plenty of tips about events and sights; she’s truly in love with her land and it’s a pleasure chatting with her. Breakfast is superb: homemade jams, yogurt, cakes fresh every day, fresh‑pressed juice, honey, milk, bread, cereals, Nutella – nothing was missing. The town has pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and is a perfect base for exploring Costa Verde and the surroundings; there’s really a lot to see. The only suggestion would be to add some light in the loft (or just brighter bulbs). Note, not negative but for your information: the surrounding streets are narrow, and it’s not always easy to find parking right nearby, although we always found a spot a few minutes’ walk away. The staircase to the rooms is a bit narrow.
