“good”
Overall, I liked the hotel. I didn’t like the woman working at reception; she was rude and mean. Please tell her to smile a little.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The staff were fantastic, especially Keti and Kristi, who assisted us with every request we had!

The bed was comfortable, the smart TV worked well, and the location was relatively close to the metro in a quiet area. The breakfast was terrible, with an unpleasant smell in the dining room. They promised a jacuzzi in the room, but it turned out to be just a hot tub without jets, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention they shrugged and laughed as if I was confusing them. The water flow was awful – it would splash and freeze in one second, then boil in the next, which was scary and uncomfortable. The curtains in the room were broken.
