“After such a wonderful stay, this will be our regular hotel in town.”

The décor and design were impressive, and both the onsite restaurant and café delivered great food. The staff were friendly and always on hand, and even during a convention the property stayed well maintained. The pool water felt freezing, probably because the patio doors were left open. The shower curtain and wall spots looked like bleached blood, and the blanket feathers had bunched up and become crispy from drying.

“Great value with excellent ammenities.”

We didn’t use the pool, but we’d definitely come back to use those facilities. It was great to have a restaurant and bar on site. The food menu was limited but the options were affordable and varied. Breakfast was amazing and worth the extra cost; I would have paid extra for the room to include breakfast if I had known how good it was. The exterior of the hotel made me question my choice, but the lobby fixed that quickly. We waited a while to check in, but an employee told us we’d be with us shortly. The carpets need cleaning or replacement, and the ice machine was hard to operate – a “how to” sign would help. All minor issues.

I was told the receipt would be emailed, but it never arrived; Delta Hotels can send all sorts of promotional material but not a simple receipt.
