L'Ile sous le Vent

“Beautiful area, lovely apartment. Just needs the finer touches to make superb.”

The spot was lovely, the small pool was great, and the gardens were well kept. Breakfasts, with homemade jams and yogurts, were lovely. Our bathroom could use an upgrade and a better shower, and more towels would help. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it would have made for the perfect stay.

“Loved this place”

From the moment we arrived I felt at home; Katia welcomed us warmly and our room was by the pool with some outdoor space at the back. The breakfast room was practically next door and there was garden space too. The property had parking. Breakfast was excellent and relaxed, no rush at all. The pool was warm and inviting, with plenty of sunbeds. When we arrived at 6.00 on a weekend evening without a booking, Katia called and arranged a reservation at the local restaurant, which we enjoyed again a couple of nights later. Nothing to complain about.

“Bel endroit à conseiller”

Belle décoration / bon Accueil - petit déjeuner au top ! Bon emplacement - et parking - loc vélos sur place - piscine chauffée 👍. Isolation phonique des chambres pas au top

The setting was exceptionally calm and relaxing, and the breakfast was complete and homemade. The only thing missing were scrambled eggs and kiwi or orange, but overall the breakfast was more than adequate.

“een aanrader voor wie van rust houdt en de omgeving per fiets wil verkennen.”

The place is small‑scale, very quiet, free parking close to the room, a nice little pool and garden, and a good base for exploring the island by bike. The room was really small, so maybe book a suite. The breakfast was also small‑scale 🤭
