“Décevant”
The outdoor setting was nice. The room was poorly arranged and hard to access; the staff were polite but nothing more. Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced for India (800 rs).

Diggi Palace, a hidden heritage gem in Jaipur’s city centre, blends 4‑star elegance with a sun terrace, lush garden and year‑round outdoor pool. Free public Wi‑Fi, a restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, French, British and Italian fare, plus a bar and lounge, cater to diverse tastes. Nearby City Palace and Jantar Mantar, 12 km from the airport, enhance its prime location.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept. The lack of elevators was a problem because my 88‑year‑old mum and I had to climb two flights of stairs, which was inconvenient.

Beautiful place, great location, and the staff were friendly. Vijay welcomed us warmly, and Aakash gave us useful city tips. The historic vibe was lovely, with a nice timelapse of the Maharajas’ life. We could enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the garden while watching peacocks and squirrels.

The haveli was stunning, with a grand entrance and peacocks strolling through the gardens; the corridors and archways were lovely, and the swimming pool was a nice touch. The only downside was that when I asked about free transfers from the train station, they quoted an absurd price, so I ended up using Uber for a fraction of the cost.
