Everything was spot on and perfect; there was nothing to dislike, it was amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean, and it stayed very quiet through the night we stayed on a Saturday. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the staff were helpful. The door handle was slightly broken, but it didn’t affect its function or our experience.

The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve seen, the breakfast was good, we had all our needs met, and the location was very convenient.

The location was perfect for me because it was near my friends' house. I felt a bit isolated, never seeing any staff, especially when I checked out. I had to leave through the fire escape, and the place seemed empty. The wash basin took a while to drain; it probably needs to be unblocked.
