Guesthouse Dubrovnik

We booked a single night before heading to our main destination and found the room impeccably clean, with a mosquito repellent kindly left by the host. Check‑in was swift, clear, and easy, and the shared bathroom stayed spotless, free of mold or odors, proving regular cleaning. A stunning sunset view nearby offered plenty of photo opportunities. Overall we were very pleased and see this as a great option, though the property is quite far from Old Town; we were specifically after a spot near the bus station. Reaching the station involved a steep stair descent that was manageable for us, but could be tough for strollers or elderly guests. We had luggage, so we took a taxi from the bus station, but used the stairs when moving between town and station. We’ll definitely return next time we visit Dubrovnik – it’s a clean, cozy, and comfortable place.

“Bardzo dobry”

The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view, and the owner maintains excellent contact. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. Although it’s far from the center, a nearby bus stop runs to the heart of the city, albeit infrequently. The path to the apartment is somewhat uphill, which could trouble travelers with luggage, heavy bags, older people, or those in poorer physical condition. Additionally, the site isn’t well marked and should improve signage to help tourists find the accommodation. The bathroom is small and single‑occupancy, so only one person can use it at a time.

The host communicated well via email and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Everything else was fine.

“Habitación cómoda y buen precio.”

The views from close to the apartment were very pretty and it’s moderately near the bus station. The house is a bit far from the center but has a bus. (The buses don’t appear on Google Maps and don’t match what’s at the stop). If you walk, you’ll have to climb many hills and stairs.
