The service was amazing; I’ve never felt more welcomed or well taken care of at a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had access to the spa at both the hotel and Grand Hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, and they were generous with wine, water, and prosecco upon arrival. Truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood yet close to the center. The breakfast is lovely and the staff very friendly. The rooms are pleasant and fully equipped.

Loved the hotel itself! Really beautiful building and rooms with very quiet surroundings. . It could do with having more/ better english TV channels and some modernisation. The spa facilities are rather dated The lack of a kitchen and restaurant is quite palpable and if you don't mind just having someone to rest and have a very basic/ nothing special breakfast (self serving machine/ horredndous scrambled eggs etc) and not much of a minibar or evening bar at the hotel this is the place for you. Also we had a spa treatment (back and foot massage) and it definitely wasn't worth the money/time or relaxing in any way shape or form. It was almost like the chap did not want to be there or even touch our bodies (we are 2 very OCD healthy, clean, fit people in our late 40s). particularly for my partner the treatment was really uncomfortable and devoid of any passion/intention or technique from the masseus. I wouldn't do it again nor would I recommend it
