The spot was convenient, right in the city center with plenty to see and great local spots; breakfast at a nearby bar was good quality, the building was top‑class, super quiet, spotless, with adequate space and a comfy bed, though the only drawback was that if you don’t like cappuccino but still want milk, you have to pay extra for coffee, which is a common occurrence.

The room was spacious and clean, centrally located, and the courtyard was nice, yet we stayed in a suite that lacked at least one bottle of water, and we were knocked at the window to retrieve the parking card while all curtains and windows were shut—clearly a “do not disturb” sign, right? The shower used a plastic curtain.

“Da Sogno!”

We were blown away by the experience, especially as a couple. From the moment we booked, the lady was incredibly kind, even texting us ahead of time to confirm our arrival time and give us the key‑in instructions. We were greeted with a welcome prosecco before we ventured into the spa, which had a sauna, a sensory shower, a Turkish bath, and a jacuzzi – two hours of pure relaxation. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

“Semplicemente fantastico, sicuro, tranquillo, ben curato, personale a disposizione,consiglio a tutt.”

Breakfast was excellent, perfect for a relaxed wake‑up, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had no complaints, but this year we could only stay for three days; we’ll come back next year.
