“The staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful! Definately worth staying at!”
The convenience of being so close to everything was great, and there’s nothing I didn’t like about this hotel! Fabulous.

The location is close to the ballpark and restaurants. The room felt a little small for the price.

The location and the comfort of the bedding were our favorite features, and the updated design was good as well. The valet was a little under‑staffed during peak times; naturally everyone checks out at the designated time, so more staff might be needed. For the high valet fee, hiring additional help seems reasonable. The loud music during check‑in was also a challenge.

We snagged a last‑minute room and loved how roomy the place was, plus the staff were super friendly. It would have been great to have more time to wander around Cincy. A few spots nearby were in heavy renovation, but that should improve in a couple of years. There’s no parking or a car entrance, but you can easily find meter parking just down the block.
