My stay at this property was marred by a persistent issue - I received an excessive number of messages asking me to rate the property for different individuals every day. Despite my efforts to unsubscribe from their list, I continued to receive these messages daily, with no response from the hotel. This constant bombardment was not only annoying but also inconvenient, leaving me wondering whether it was a human error or a technical glitch.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which was a major letdown after a pleasant experience back in 2019. Upon checking in, I encountered a series of issues, including a lack of hot water, low water pressure, and a foul odor emanating from the water. The bathroom door was also broken, and the bathtub lacked a plug, making it difficult to use. To make matters worse, the curtains were subpar and failed to block out sunlight.
