I was only 100 m from Plaza España, which was great, but the room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller, and the sink was ridiculously small. We even had a strange incident when, in the middle of the night, other guests tried to sneak into our room – the place was overbooked.

I absolutely loved my stay at Venue Sistina! The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Rome, just a minute walk from the Spanish Steps and close to the Trevi Fountain and many of Rome’s main attractions. Jlaria was wonderful from check-in to check-out. She was always ready to help, very professional, kind and polite, and gave me some excellent recommendations for restaurants and cafés. Thanks to her suggestions, I discovered some fantastic local places where I really felt like a true Roman rather than just a tourist. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. What really makes Venue Sistina stand out, though, is the warm hospitality. All in all, Venue Sistina made my stay in Rome even more special, and I would definitely choose it again. 10/10!

The spot is super convenient, right next to the Spanish steps and a bunch of shops that feel very traditional. The AC was cool and we liked the upgrade to a deluxe room with a nice window view. The mini‑fridge kept our drinks cold, and the kitchenette in the common area was handy if you don’t want to eat in your room. The room was clean enough and the shower worked fine, though the hot water wasn’t always steady – not a deal‑breaker, especially since it’s so hot in summer.

The reception was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the cleaning service was good. The location was close to several well‑known hotspots, and the surroundings were lovely with air‑conditioning!
