I was in the city center and could catch direct trains to Brescua and Edolo right from the station. The staff felt like family, especially Mimo who cooked wonderful meals for us on request. The bar offered free bikes and the cappuccino was superb. The only downside was the train noise in the morning, because the locomotives had to run for a long time.

The breakfast was included and it was a classic bar spread with a croissant, juice and cappuccino. The staff were friendly and courteous. The building felt rather old and would really benefit from some renovation, especially the mattresses and pillows which were very uncomfortable. Given the price I paid, I think the value for money is not adequate. During the night I felt a continuous vibration for several hours that oddly didn’t seem to come from the station across the street, keeping me awake for a long time. The rooms were also poorly sound‑proofed; at times I could clearly hear other guests in nearby rooms. Regarding parking, there are a few free spots right under the hotel but they’re limited, so you can’t guarantee a free spot. Alternatively, there are blue lines nearby that cost €2 per hour. I note that this is not a fault of the hotel; the parking fee is simply what the area charges, and the hotel has no responsibility. I’m only pointing it out as useful information for future guests.

The place is wonderful. We spent three days there. The train station is right next to us, but it doesn’t bother us at night because trains don’t run, so it’s quiet and calm. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast consisted of a croissant, coffee, yogurt, water and juice. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. It wasn’t as loud as described, and none of us woke up. Breakfast was sweet: a tasty croissant, coffee, tea, juice, water. When the son asked for another croissant, he was not refused. The owners were very kind and helpful. The lack of a kettle and iron was a real inconvenience. The wardrobe didn’t really work because it had no rod. The room was a three‑person room but only had space for two beds and nothing else. When I opened my suitcase I couldn’t move it. That room should be a two‑person room. We were there only two nights, and we spent the day outside, so it didn’t bother us much. I wouldn’t stay there for a longer trip.
