The staff were friendly and the place had a homely vibe. The road to get there was bad.

The breakfast was good. The location was a bit remote and reached by a poorly maintained road, but it radiated calm and peace. The restaurant stayed open in the evenings and we ate well. Everything felt a little “over the date.” The pool could use a refresh; despite the cold water and unappealing look, we still swam.

The pool was dirty.

A hotel set in the 80's. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I think you should lose your 3 stars. It exceeds customers expectations

Our stay was cut short due to a couple of major issues with our room. The shower head was broken, which made it difficult to get a decent shower, and the heater in the room was also broken, which made it chilly and uncomfortable.
