Getting in early was a real bonus, the host was lovely and the cleaner very friendly, and the room came with water, a kettle, biscuits, a coffee machine and pods, bowls, cups, plates, and cutlery. A fridge was in the room, but there were no cooking facilities; still, it was easy to prepare a cold dinner and breakfast. The terrace was lovely in the afternoon sun. The place is close to an Aldi supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a bus stop, and only a 5‑minute walk to the fisherman's trail.
