The facilities are excellent, they help you unwind and explore the whole city, and there’s plenty of nature that makes for a great experience. It was perfect, everything excellent.

“Mala experiencia, aunque el lugar tiene potencial”

It’s a place surrounded by nature, feels like a forest, very calm. There was a lack of staff for service; I’d never seen people at the reception, no restaurant, the pool didn’t work, and the service was neglected—TV controls had no batteries. When I checked out, no one was at reception; I left the keys on the counter.

Everything was excellent, the employees were very friendly and attentive, the place was very quiet, there was a good amount of green space, and everything was great!

The hotel looks very beautiful and in all its splendor it was wonderful. However, there were cockroaches in the room so I couldn’t sleep; the pool was in bad condition, and no sane person would use it. It was very expensive—I was charged more than I expected, and I don’t know why they cancelled my reservation; they had charged me a certain amount and then billed me per person.

“No me respetaron el precio de booking”

I called the hotel because the price listed on booking wasn’t honored; they wouldn’t give me my room and didn’t even open the doors, claiming the rate they use is different. The price on booking was not respected.
