I liked the overall design of the room, but the ceiling is so low that it’s hard for a tall person like me to move around.

The location was very central, yet the room wasn’t cleaned; the bedding had stains and was left unmade as if someone had just departed.

The reception and Wi‑Fi were fine, but the narrow, steep stairs to the elevator and another steep step to the front desk made it hard to carry luggage; the room layout was awkward with a sofa blocking the closet, a huge bright greenhouse with constantly dripping plants, a prehistoric‑looking bathroom, dirty sheets, an inaccessible balcony overrun by plants, and terrible street noise—absolutely avoid it!

The room was pretty, the bathroom large, and there was a small balcony, but the mattress made a bit of a squeak.

The room’s energy was surprisingly good; I felt very comfortable and slept well. However, I had booked half‑board, and the dining room was very cold and felt like a cell—terrible. The food itself was good, but the staff were not cheerful, and there were two instances of the same mistake.
