The food and cleanliness are good, and the owner is helpful, but the old furniture and the pile of child‑like plush toys on the shelf are off-putting. I missed shower gel in the bathroom, some electrical installations were amateurish (a lead strip), and the bathroom plumbing was a bit of a “balcony style” mess.

The courtyard was a lovely green, grassy space, and the parking spot under the oak tree was pleasantly shaded. The host was friendly and helpful. The sheets and pillows were made of synthetic fiber; it might be better to replace them, and blankets would be useful during summer heat.
