There is sound pollution, and the fan in the toilet/bathroom cannot be turned off, making it impossible to sleep—sleep is the main service of any hotel, and Moon Hotel failed badly with this; I would ban any hotel that has equipment in the room that cannot be shut down—it should be illegal.
