Cozy, large rooms and wonderful staff. The beds were a bit firm, there were no mattress toppers or blankets, only blankets.

Without a doubt, the owners’ hospitality is wonderful. They are super attentive and caring, making everything very easy and paying attention to every detail. A real charm! The location is great, a 10‑minute walk to the Academy Gallery.

The host and his mother were both lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was limited but tasty, and the cappuccino was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean, and peaceful, even though we faced a busy road. The host suggested a Fiorentina steak restaurant that was so good we went twice. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again. The only issue was that the bed headboard looked worn and well‑used; otherwise the hotel was quite delightful.

The building was stunning, with original fresco‑painted ceilings, and the room was huge and the bed super comfy. The bathroom featured both a bath and a shower‑over, all spotlessly clean. Everyone on the staff was very welcoming. The only downside was that there were no tea‑making facilities in the room.

Nice rooms and a very sweet family that owns the hotel. Good location relative to the airport. The breakfast could use an upgrade.
