“Fine small hotel with a beautiful view and sunset”
De Pardis cottages sit a bit outside Munduk’s town center; there are four cottages and a fifth under construction. The staff are very friendly and assist with all needs. Each cottage has a single space with a separate bathroom, a large double bed with klambu, a dresser table, a water cooker, and coffee/tea supplies. Everything is wooden, so it creaks when you walk. The air‑con works well. The bathroom is large but plain. Outside, a small veranda with two chairs and a foldable table awaits, and an infinity pool overlooks rice paddies below—beautiful! Food can be ordered from the hotel; there’s no nearby restaurant, but the meals are tasty and inexpensive. It’s a 15‑minute scooter ride to the waterfalls trailhead. The room could use more shelves for storage.
I was completely silent, like a world away, surrounded by a stunning landscape, but the menu could use more options—there wasn’t enough variety.
This place is amazing, well maintained, the food is excellent and the views are spectacular; it’s one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in, but we wish we could have stayed longer and spent more days.
“L’endroit est sublime, le lit très confortable avec de la place dans les bungalow et le personnel est extrêmement gentil”
The place is stunning, the bed is very comfortable with plenty of space in the bungalow, and the staff are extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast is delicious.
The view of the rice terraces was gorgeous, yet the cushions felt a bit hard.
