“One word. Beautiful”

We headed to the White Mountains to ride the COG railroad and admire the scenery, and the Omni Mt. Washington lived up to the hype. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room‑service breakfast was delightful, though the toilet in the bathroom was a bit low‑lying and could use a higher seat for more comfort.

“The view is not equal to the cost!!!”

The location was great, the food tasty, the beds comfy, and the hotel itself is lovely. Unfortunately, most of the staff are foreigners whose English is heavily accented and hard to understand; they’re eager to help but seem unfamiliar with the layout. The handicapped room we booked for a guest with mobility issues had a tub instead of a walk‑in shower, no mirror in the bathroom or in the room, and no counter for toiletries. When we asked for rooms next to each other or connected, we were told it wasn’t possible, even though we booked over a month ahead.

“Absolutely the best 2 day getaway 💛”

We started with the front desk getting us a room early and then an upgrade. We had dinner and breakfast at the 1902. Both were above and beyond and breakfast was made possible with the waitress allowing us to come in after the designated hours of service. Everyone was simply wonderful 💛
