“Chaotic start, but nice garden”
We had a bit of a chaotic arrival, as the check-in staff told us they couldn't find our booking - apparently the person who handles those things wasn't working that night. Luckily, after some convincing and showing them all our details and payment, we got sorted and made our way to our rooms. The garden was lovely, but our rooms were just okay - there were tons of bugs and insects, and the air conditioning wasn't working in one of them.
