The location, decent breakfast, comfy beds, parking, and gym access were all solid, but the toilet kept running, and I had to ask for hand soap and body wash refills multiple times before the issue was fixed. The mini‑fridge lacked a freezer section and didn’t cool well, which was a problem because I was traveling with a young child who needed milk all day; fortunately our stay was short so it didn’t spoil.

The spot is in a great location, but this time my visit to Norfolk was unpleasant. The front desk lady rang my doorbell even though I had a no‑disturb card, and when I opened it she offered towels and bath amenities that I declined, which annoyed her. The hotel itself was very dirty; the elevator had trash beside it with a nasty smell.
