I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience. The booking process went smoothly, but that's where the good news ended. When I arrived, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, which was weird since I had a confirmed reservation. The staff seemed unhelpful and unapologetic, which left a really bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
