How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel feels modern and comfortable, with rooms that are spacious. The amenities in the room were excellent and everything was spotless. The staff were helpful, always friendly, and customer service was outstanding. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options on the main road, and the train station is close enough to connect to stations in the old town. Nothing else stood out as a problem.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free laundry is available, limited to a maximum of three pieces per day, which I found very useful since I was on a work trip and needed my clothes clean and pressed for upcoming meetings and appointments. When getting a Grab car, the taxi has to go down to the basement and then back up to level 1 to exit the hotel; a roundabout drop‑off and pick‑up location would have greatly helped the situation.
